Support runs by email. We reply to the address a request came from, on working days.
Before reporting a missing document: drafts are created in the browser on your own device, not on a server. Clearing browser data or removing the app deletes any draft an account has not synchronised. We cannot restore those.

1. Contact
Send everything to [email protected]. The same address handles account questions, application faults and personal data matters.
To keep the exchange short, include from the start:
- the email address of the account concerned
- the device and browser, or the application version shown on the app settings screen
- what you were doing and what happened instead of the expected result
- a screenshot, if an error message appeared
2. Sign-in problems
If your session expires or is revoked, sign in again. If you forget your password, choose password recovery on the sign-in screen and follow the link sent by email. Contact support if you need help.
Signing in needs a network connection. After opening the app online and letting it save on the device, you can reopen it without internet, edit local drafts and generate PDFs.
3. Documents and PDFs
The PDF is produced on the device from the data entered in the form. If a file looks different from what you expect, attach it to the request — without it we cannot reproduce the layout.
The PDF from the free generator is a printable CMR consignment note form and is not an electronic consignment note (e-CMR). A document issued in the application is an e-CMR on the terms of the Terms of service and the e-CMR procedures (ecmr-one.eu/legal/ecmr-procedures), when the route is covered by the e-CMR Protocol. Signatures in the application are simple electronic signatures, not qualified ones.
4. Account and data
You can delete your account and its data yourself in the application settings without contacting us. You can use the web application without installing it on your device.
The Privacy Policy describes what data is processed; the Terms describe how the service may be used.
