Signing without an app

Nobody has to install anything, including the driver.

The driver, the warehouse at loading and the consignee get a link by email. They open it in their phone's browser, check the shipment details and sign with a finger. You can also copy the link and send it via a messenger. SMS sending is coming soon.

  1. You request a signature

Pick the party and enter their email, or copy the link. SMS coming soon.

  2. The signer opens the link

They see the shipment in an ordinary browser, with no account and no login.

  3. The signature lands in the document

You see it straight away in the shipment and in the CMR-layout PDF. Nobody sends back photos or the original.

What you gain when the CMR stops being paper.

  • No driving around or waiting for signatures

No calling for a photo of the document, no waiting for a courier with the original, no retyping the CMR into your system. Each party's signature lands in the shipment the moment it is given.

  • Invoice on the day of unloading

Payment terms usually run from delivery of the documents. The consignee's signature is in the consignment note straight away, so you don't wait for paper to come back from the road.

  • Driver and partners need no app

No accounts to set up and nobody to train. A phone with a browser is all it takes to sign.

  • Less retyping, fewer mistakes

Pick partners, vehicles and addresses from a list, and stop printing pads altogether. No illegible boxes, so fewer disputes over what was written.

Saved data, offline work and a PDF in the CMR layout.

Company data at hand

Save senders, consignees, vehicles and templates once. Start the next CMR from ready data instead of copying it from the last one.

Works without signal

Drafts, edits and signatures are stored on the phone. When the network returns, everything uploads by itself.

PDF in the CMR layout

A preview and a PDF that matches the printed CMR, ready to send or print.

Roadside check view

One screen with the shipment details to show an inspector.

Office and driver on the same shipment

The office runs shipments on a computer. The driver only needs a link to sign, and with an account also sees their shipments on the phone.

From draft to delivery.

  1. Draft

    Ready

Pick a contact, a vehicle and a template from your company library instead of typing the same details again. The form saves on your device as you work.

  2. Issued

    Ready

Issuing closes the content and produces a PDF in CMR format. From here the document waits for the parties to sign.

  3. In transit

    Ready

The driver and sender sign at loading from a link sent by email or forwarded via a messenger. SMS is coming soon. At a roadside check you show the inspector a code with the shipment details.

  4. Delivered

    Ready

The consignee signs on delivery from their own link, with no app, and the document closes.

Regulation (EU) 2020/1056

Building for eFTI.

From 2027, enforcement authorities across the EU accept freight transport information electronically through eFTI platforms. We are building eCMR One so an inspector can read the shipment through a gate, with no paper in the cab.

eCMR One

An account, party signatures by link with no app, offline work and a code for roadside checks. You run each shipment from draft to the consignee's signature.

A printable PDF is not an electronic eCMR workflow. The full application works with an account.

Early adopter programme

The first 10 haulage companies on preferential terms.

We're looking for carriers who start working with eCMR One now and tell us what they're missing. In return, they get terms that won't be in the standard price list.

  • Free until pricing launches

Use the full app at no cost and with no limit on shipments. We'll give at least 3 months' notice before pricing is introduced.

  • 3 months free after pricing launches

When we introduce fees, you still pay nothing for the first 3 months. For the following 12 months you get 50% off.

  • Onboarding with the team

We help you move over your partners, vehicles and templates and run your first shipments. You talk directly to the people building the app.

  • A say in what comes next

Your requests decide the order of work, including SMS sending and eFTI integration.

FAQ

Questions about eCMR One.

Do I need an account for the CMR generator?

No. The public generator lets you prepare a document and download a PDF without creating an account. It works in all 24 official languages of the European Union.

How is the generator different from eCMR One?

The generator prepares a CMR PDF and stops there. eCMR One carries a shipment through its whole cycle: draft, issue, signatures and delivery. Registration is open.

Do documents sync between devices?

Yes, with an account. Your shipments and company details are then available on every device you sign in on. Without an account, drafts stay in the browser where you made them.

Who signs the document, and how?

A CMR note has three parties: sender, carrier and consignee. You ask each of them to sign with a link sent by email, or copy the link and forward it yourself. SMS is coming soon. The signer opens the link in a phone browser.

What do I show at a roadside check?

A QR code that opens the shipment details without access to your account. It needs an account and a document that has reached the server.

Does the driver need an app or an account?

No. The driver signs as the carrier from their own link, in the phone's browser. The app and an account are an option for those who want all their shipments at hand.

How long does it take to issue a CMR?

The first time, you save your partners, vehicles and templates. Each new note starts from ready-made data and you only fill in the goods, date and place, usually in 2–3 minutes.
